Representing Northeast Georgia homeowners and future homeowners, I am committed to listening to my clients’ needs and utilizing my negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
As a native of Louisville, KY, I began working in real estate in 1978. In 1985, I relocated to Orlando, FL and obtained a Florida real estate license.
To raise our 3 children, my husband and I relocated from Nashville, TN to outside of Atlanta in Alpharetta, GA. On the weekends, we would visit my husband’s parents in Northeast, GA. I immediately fell in love with the area and we would ultimately buy a home on Lake Hartwell.
Following my kids graduation from high school, we relocated full time to Martin, GA on Lake Hartwell and haven’t looked back since. We absolutely love living here – the people are so friendly and welcoming – and the absence of traffic and stop lights was an added bonus.
Several years ago I rejoined the real estate profession in Georgia. I work closely with sellers to prepare their home for sale in numerous ways, such as staging and coordinating any needed repairs to maximize value. Having lived in this area for many years I am very familiar with the area and the buying and selling process. Being part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices team helps ensure success for both buyers and sellers.
My goal is to provide the highest level of customer service to my clients and customers in every way, from listening to their needs to going above and beyond in helping them achieve their goals. Most important to me are honor, integrity, and relationships built on trust.
When you or your family need professional real estate services, I would welcome the opportunity for a chance to sit down with you to discuss how I can best serve your real estate needs.
